We pride ourselves on being extremely quick on all shipments. Although most packages ship out same-day or next-day, without expedited freight we cannot guarantee this. Vira does not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays. Please allow up to 2 business days for orders to process.

Vira does not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays. Orders placed after 5 PM will ship out the next business day. This means that orders placed Friday after 5 PM will ship out the next Monday.

Leak-proof underwear

If it's your first order of Proof leak-proof underwear, we offer a 30 Day Risk-Free Trial, no questions asked. This means that if your first order is not up to your period or leak standards, we will take them back and offer you a full refund. Note that this 30 Day Risk-Free Trial is only valid on your first order for up to one pair of worn undies.

A request to claim the 30 Day Risk-Free Trial 

The order number and the name of the item you are wanting to claim 

A request for either store credit or refund

Please note: You will be refunded or credited for the price you paid when purchasing the item.  Items on sale are excluded 30 Day Risk-Free Trial.

For following orders of leak-proof underwear ordered from vira.care,  we offer a 30 Day Return Policy in case you would like to return your product once it has been delivered. Due to the nature of the product, the package must still be sealed and the underwear unused for it to be returnable.

Other Products

All orders purchased via vira.care come with a 30 Day Return Policy. A $4.95 processing and handling fee will be deducted from the purchase price for all returns. Returned items must be unused for them to be returnable. We will not accept items that are damaged, stained, or show visible signs of wear. All items should include original packaging and tags.

The receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

If you can, we’d love you to try and conserve on shipping bags and return your items in the same mailer bag it arrived in.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
